FIELD: materials separation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to the field of separation of materials and can be used in mining, metallurgical and other industries in the processing of both placer and technogenic mineral deposits. The complex for the enrichment of non-ferrous metals of vertical loading includes technologically connected and sequentially interacting upper and lower belt conveyors, and a centrifugal-vibration concentrator located under the lower conveyor. Each of the belt conveyors consists of two non-magnetic rotating drums - a driving and a driven. Inside the driven drums there are magnetic systems in the form of rotors with permanent magnets of alternating polarity. The rotors and the conveyor belt are made with the possibility of their rotation at different speeds from individual motors with frequency-controlled drives. Belt conveyors and centrifugal-vibration concentrator are interconnected by dosing bins. The loading batcher is made with the function of regulating the flow thickness.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of extraction of non-ferrous metals, including precious metals in one enrichment cycle.
