FIELD: reprocessing and utilization of wastes. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding basic material; providing primary size sorting by separating large particles through the employment of protective sieve; directing large particles to grinding and processing equipment; providing basic sorting into composite particles; subjecting major part of solid domestic wastes and construction trash sieved through screen cells to treatment with disinfectant solution supplied in drops; sorting into at least 12 composite components; selectively separating these components by means of units mounted downstream of sorting conveyor, such as needle-type drums with offset shaft for extracting light fraction, transverse electromagnetic conveyor for extracting large ferrous metal fragments from main sorting conveyor, magnetic drums for extracting small ferrous metal fragments from auxiliary side conveyors, induction catches for collecting nonferrous metals.
