FIELD: mining equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of thin-walled tubular screw rods, anchor rods used in drilling injection operation. A method for producing tubular screw rods by cold rolling of metal pipes on thread rolling machines or cross-screw rolling mills, in which the rolling of the screw profile on the outer surface of the said metal pipe is carried out by drive rolls on a mandrel. In this case, the mentioned rolls are rolling bodies having a formative helical side surface, the mentioned rolls and mandrel are made with the possibility of rotation relative to their axis. The mentioned mandrel in the deformation center has the shape of a rolling body with a maximum outer diameter less than the minimum inner diameter of the rolled pipe after removing the deforming force by 0.5-3.5 mm.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of manufacturing tubular screw rods to a precision level, preventing critical shape deviation of finished products.
