The signal generator with minimum frequency shift keying contains the first master oscillator 1, the second master oscillator 2, the first mixer 3, the first trigger 4, the first phase manipulator 5, the second phase manipulator 6, the second trigger 7, the first element AND 8, the second element And 9, the first inverter 10, OR element 11, clock generator 12, second delay element 13, third element And 14, second inverter 15, first delay element 16 and second mixer 17, frequency switch 18 and synchronizer 19.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the signal generator with minimum frequency shift keying due to the guaranteed elimination of phase discontinuities of the generated signal by switching the phases of one of the oscillations with frequencies f1 and f2 only when the inequality of their phases is fulfilled at the next moment of switching frequencies.
