FIELD: invention relates to building industry and building materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a raw mixture that comprises cement, swollen vermiculite, mineral charge and water. As mineral charge the mixture comprises dry mixture consisting of one or two materials chosen from the first group comprising sand, keramzit, crushed stone and one or two materials chosen from the second group comprising slaked lime, gypsum and clay. For bi-component charge mass parts are 1.0 and 0.1-1.5, respectively. For tri-component charge mass part are 0.95-0.05; 0.05-0.95 and 0.1-0.5 or 1.0; 1.9-0.1 and 0.1-1.9, respectively. For tetra-component charge mass parts are 0.95-0.1 and 0.95-0.05; 1.9-0.1 and 0.1-1.9, respectively. The ratio of components in the mixture is, wt.-%: cement, 8-25; swollen vermiculite, 5-21; mineral charge, 13-42, and water, the balance. Invention provides enhancing physicochemical and heat-insulating properties of materials and articles to be manufactured and possibility for decreasing weight loading on carrying units of buildings and constructions. Invention can be used in manufacturing building materials and articles of multifunctional designation from raw mixtures comprising swollen vermiculite as a filling agent.
