SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of diving equipment, in particular to underwater vehicles for transporting and storing diving equipment and equipment. A soft container for storing and transporting items under water has been created, containing a cylindrical body made of waterproof durable soft material with a transport handle. In this case, the inner cavity of the housing has a sealed compartment in its lower part and an unpressurized compartment in its upper part, separated from each other by means of the upper surface of the sealed compartment, equipped with a sealed zipper and an inflator connected to the sealed compartment through a threaded flange fitting of a flexible hose. At the other end of the flexible hose there is a head with a pressure valve for connecting the hose cavity with the mouthpiece and the cavity of the sealed compartment and with a pressure valve communicating with the fitting for connecting to a high pressure air source and communicating the hose cavity with the cavity of the sealed compartment. The upper part of the non-hermetic compartment is equipped with a non-hermetic zipper, on the ends of the body there are external compartments made of soft material, equipped with non-hermetic zippers for one or more ballast weights.

EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical means intended for underwater transportation of various things and tools with their protection from the action of water and the possibility of prompt adjustment of the buoyancy of these technical means.
