SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Thermal container with automatic support of infusion solution temperature contains case with transporting handles and shoulder strap with overlay. External cover of case is made from moisture-resistant fabric. Case is made in form of parallelepiped and fastened above it upper flap lid of trough-like shape. . Walls, case bottom and upper flap lid represent hard heat-insulating frame, made from heat insulator. Heat-insulating lining with heat-reflecting screen is fastened on upper flap lid. Heating elements are placed in case cavity. On front wall of case from external side placed is pocket for cable to power source and electronic unit of control, electrically connected to electric heaters, with cutoff point for connection to vehicle board circuit, for example, automobile or ambulance, and light indicators. In case cavity of thermal container fastened is vertical partition, made from heat insulation, dividing internal case volume into small and large compartments, in each of which mounted is individual fabric cover of respective size, in whose bottom part in the middle through opening is made. On all internal surfaces of small and large compartments heat-reflecting screen is fixed. . Each compartment is equipped with its own thermo-indicator for control and support of temperature regime. On the bottom of each compartment under heating element in the middle ventilator is fastened. Stands from foam-polyethylene or isolon are placed on corners of compartments under fabric cover. Upper flap lid of thermal container is fastened on case by means of "zipper" fastener.

EFFECT: invention ensures automatic heating of cold infusion solutions to required temperature level, support of specified level of infusion solution temperature and preservation of working temperature for long time in case of disconnected power of thermal container.
