FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of SW radio communication. Operations of encoding each bit of information with a modified noise-like binary Barker code sequence with a near-delta function autocorrelation function are performed consecutively. Each pulse of the Barker code sequence is pre-modified, for the purpose whereof the pulse is divided into three parts and the amplitude of the first and third parts is set to zero. At reception, the amplified radio signals are digitised, and the mutual correlation of signals carrying information on individual symbols with a sample size equal to the length of the Barker code is calculated using the ordinary Barker code sequence. An information sequence is formed by comparing the calculated values of mutual correlation with a threshold value.

EFFECT: reduction in the power spectral density of signals of SW radio communication systems and sets without changing the technical operations during signal processing at reception.
