FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and is intended for use in radio networks. The effect is achieved by sequential selection of operating frequencies at which the acceptable quality of the communication channel is ensured for the largest number of radio network subscriber receivers. In a method for increasing the efficiency of information transmission in radio communication networks, the operating frequency of the first stage is first determined. Then, for subscribers of the radio network, for which the acceptable quality of the communication channel at the operating frequency of the first stage is not ensured, the operating frequency is selected from the remaining frequencies allocated for operation. This is done until the condition of acceptable quality of the communication channel is provided for all remaining subscribers. Thus, a list of operating frequencies is formed, after which information is transmitted to radio network subscribers sequentially at frequencies from the list of operating frequencies, starting from the operating frequency of the first stage and so on, until the end of the list.
EFFECT: minimization of the required number of operating frequencies required for the transmission of broadcast messages to subscribers in the radio network.
