SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to scooters. The scooter includes a front fork, a folding clutch, a folding core, a folding seat, a folding lock and a folding pin. The folding clutch seat is attached to the front fork. The lower part of the folding core is rotatably connected to the folding seat via a folding pin. The folding clutch is attached to the outside of the folding seat. A guide is located in the folding sleeve. The latch block is located in the middle of the folding core. A folding buckle adapted to the latch block is located at the front of the pedal. The folding lock is located on the top of the folding core. The folding lock is equipped with a sliding shaft. When folded, the folding lock rotates to secure the sliding shaft to the rail. The folding sleeve is pulled up to allow the sliding shaft to slide vertically along the guide. The folding clutch causes the folding core to fold and rotate, and fixes the latch block to the folding core with a folding buckle.
