FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, and in particular to methods for the production of highly forged sheet ultra-low-carbon IF-steels, which can be used for the manufacture of stamped products of a particularly complex shape. The method for producing cold-rolled strips from IF-steel includes steelmaking, casting, hot rolling to obtain strips, pickling, winding strips into coils, cold rolling, recrystallization annealing in a continuous annealing unit, and skin pass. Steel is smelted containing, wt.%: C - 0.003-0.006, Si - 0.015-0.030, Mn - 0.06-0.15, Al - 0.01-0.06, Ti - 0.04-0.06 , Fe and unavoidable impurities - the rest, hot rolling is completed at a temperature of 890-930°C, cold rolling is carried out into strips with a thickness of not more than 1.2 mm, recrystallization annealing is carried out at a temperature of 820-840°C, and the speed of the strips in the continuous annealing is not less than 120 m/min.
EFFECT: stability of high strength characteristics and corrosion resistance is ensured while maintaining high rates of ductility and stampability.
