FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: during the hot rolling of temperature of roll in roughing train is not less than 1050°C, and finishing temperature - 845-900°C. Cooling of hot-rolled strips is implemented with water feeding from above and from below forward of strip, herewith time of strip passing from the latter mill of stand up to beginning of cooling is 3-8 s, then it is implemented winding of strips at 700-750°C, etching, temper rolling at reduction ratio at 0.7-1.2%, recrystallisation annealing in bell-type furnace at 680-720°C. Strip is received from steel containing wt %: carbon 0.05-0.08, silicon - 0.01-0.15, manganese -0.15-0.40, sulphur - not more than 0.020, phosphor - not more than 0.020, nickel - not more than 0.05, aluminium 0.01-0.06, nitrogen - not more than 0.012, iron and unavoidable admixtures are the rest. An addition it may be steel containing boron - 0.0008-0.005 wt %.
EFFECT: upgraded quality increased output of yield.
