FIELD: cladding.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a modified OSB board with a new joint element and its use in wall and/or ceiling cladding. OSB board for use as a wall or ceiling panel with at least two opposite edges of the board, in particular two mutually opposite longitudinal edges, each of the two mutually opposite edges of the board having a recess in the form of a simple rebate. The rebate at the edge of the board in the lower area of the edge of the board extends outwards as a bottom rebate, and the rebate at the opposite edge of the board in the upper region extends outwardly as a top rebate, with the bottom rebate being complementary at the edge of the board to the top rebate at the opposite edge of the board. At least one groove is provided in the lower fold for accommodating at least one tube with glue, and a convex ridge with alternating symmetrical projections is provided on the upper fold, while the ridge is located complementary to the groove in the lower fold.
The use of the board and the method for joining or laying such boards are also described.
EFFECT: creation of a modified OSB board with a new joint element.
