SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detergents used for washing metal surfaces of vehicle parts being restored during repair from contamination with grease films, deposits, corrosion products and oil-resinous impurities, and can be used as a new effective detergent in repair production at enterprises of agro-industrial and motor transport complexes. A detergent for cleaning vehicle parts from contamination is described, based on synthanol DS-10 or DT-7; oxyphos or estephate; sodium trisodium phosphate or disodium phosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate; sodium metasilicate, sodium carbonate, sodium sulfate, in which ammonium tetraborate is additionally used to increase the washing ability, wettability and anticorrosive properties.

EFFECT: increase in the detergent and anticorrosive properties of the detergent composition.
