SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in the processing of by-products of poultry farms to obtain organic fertilizer. The method for processing native quail manure includes the introduction of microbial cultures of the genus Pseudomonas and Azotobacter, each previously diluted with water in a ratio of 1:2 and aged in the manure for 15 days. As microbial cultures, Pseudomonas putida 90 biovar A (171) culture deposited in the VKPM under No. B-4492 and Azotobacter chroococcum 31/8 R culture deposited in the VKPM under No. B-4148, with an initial titer of at least 1.0×109 CFU/ml are used, taken in a volume ratio of 1:1 from calculation of at least 4.0% of each crop per mass of litter quail manure, mixing them with manure, and then form into burts.

EFFECT: simplification of the method for processing manure to obtain a highly efficient environmentally safe organic fertilizer.
