FIELD: slewing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to slewing devices for naval artillery installations. The turntable of a naval artillery mount includes a bearing base made with an internal gear ring and ensuring that this base is fixed on the leveling ring of the ship foundation, and a rolling support containing outer and inner clips with conical treadmills, between which replaceable rolling and sliding bodies are located. Connected to the bearing base, the inner cage of the rolling bearing is made of two rings interconnected to ensure a backlash-free assembly of the rolling bearing. It includes four plunger hydraulic cylinders, a manual hydraulic pump, hydraulic lines connecting the manual hydraulic pump with plunger hydraulic cylinders, and a tape closed around the bearing base with the possibility of introducing it into the annular gap between the inner and outer races of the rolling support. Four plunger hydraulic cylinders are installed in the rotary machine of the naval artillery installation with the possibility of stopping the plungers of these hydraulic cylinders in the bearing base, and the outer race of the rolling support connected to the rotary machine is made up of two rings with the possibility of detaching the lower of these rings and moving it relative to the inner one connected to the bearing base roller bearing shells.
EFFECT: possibility of prompt replacement of exhausted elastic rollers and stops without dismantling the artillery mount during routine maintenance work is achieved.
