FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: in an immobilization method, using an immobilization system, a cord is thrown to a biological target, equipped at each end with devices for pinning to the target, a target body is entangled with the cord with its pinning to the target, and then, using the transportation cord, a pull-up and retraction unit with a source of pull-up and retraction energy of the immobilization system is pulled up to the target, and the cord is retracted to the required extent of target immobilization. The immobilization system contains a unit of a shooting part with a device for throwing the cord, devices for pinning to the target, a pull-up and retraction unit with an energy source and an engine. The pull-up and retraction unit is intended for pulling up to the target and retraction of the probe cord around the target, as well as for laying the transportation cord. The cord with device for pinning to the target through laying the transportation cord is connected to the pull-up and retraction unit.
EFFECT: provision of the adjustment of tension of a fixing cord in the immobilization.
