FIELD: metal panels production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of welded sheet pile (sheet piling) metal panels, a wave-shaped profile, intended for the construction of sheet pile walls. A method for manufacturing a sheet pile panel of a welded corrugated profile, in which steel strips are installed at an obtuse angle to each other, the strips are connected by a longitudinal weld, forming walls and/or half-walls, flanges of the sheet pile panel at the joints. At the same time, two longitudinal welds are performed by simultaneously connecting three strips of steel at two junctions.
EFFECT: increasing the speed of assembly and manufacturing of a sheet pile welded wave-shaped profile in cross section, reducing the time for panel welding while improving the uniformity and quality of welds.
