FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of coal mining, in particular, to a roadheader with an eccentric cutter, capable of destroying rock along a set trajectory. Presented is a roadheader, wherein a rail is installed on a track-type stepping mechanism. A hydraulic pumping station, a power supply unit, the base of the sliding guide, a temporary support apparatus, and an auxiliary working platform are all installed on the rail. The hydraulic pumping station and the power supply unit are therein located in the tail of the rail, positioned symmetrically relative to the rail on the left and on the right. A loading apparatus is installed in the front of the rail, and a transport apparatus is installed in the middle of the loading apparatus and below the rail. A movable seat is configured to slide on the base of the sliding guide and is connected with the base of the sliding guide by means of two propulsion cylinders. Two hydraulic engines are installed symmetrically on the main part of the crankcase of the gear box. An apparatus for turning and sliding the cutter holder is installed in the front of the output shaft of the gear box. The apparatus for turning and sliding the cutter holder comprises a body with a structure shaped as a rectangular parallelepiped. The installation plate of the cylinder is attached to the upper side of the body, wherein an E-shaped groove is provided. The cutter holder is inserted into an E-shaped groove and connected with the installation plate of the cylinder by means of a propulsion cylinder.
EFFECT: possibility of destroying rock along a set trajectory without affecting the support operation, fully utilising such features as the low load in vibration cutting, high operating characteristics and high efficiency of the eccentric disk-shaped cutter, thereby performing fast destruction of strong rock and increasing the rate of heading of a working in coal mines.
