SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for the formation of an energy-efficient navigation route of an operated vehicle. The system contains: a server and an operated vehicle. The server contains: a server processor and memory. The memory contains a program code. The program code induces the server processor to perform actions of a method for the formation of an energy-efficient navigation route of an operated vehicle. The method consists in performance of following stages: a stage of determination of a location of the operated vehicle on the first track section; a stage of obtaining of the first route energy-efficient track of the operated vehicle, associated with the first track section; or a stage of determination of one second track section associated with the first track section, and a stage of obtaining the second route energy-efficient track of the operated vehicle, associated with the second track section; or a stage of obtaining the second route energy-efficient track of the operated vehicle; and a stage of determination of one second track section associated with the second route energy-efficient track of the operated vehicle and associated with the first track section. The operated vehicle contains: a propulsor, an engine, and a motion control system of the operated vehicle. The motion control system of the operated vehicle is connected to the server, and it contains a transceiver for obtaining the energy-efficient navigation route of the operated vehicle.

EFFECT: reduction in energy consumption by a vehicle is achieved, when it moves along a navigation route.
