FIELD: industrial explosive compositions.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial explosive compositions based on ammonium nitrate, which are used in blasting in quarries and underground mines, mines of mining enterprises in the development of rocks, including those containing sulfide ores. Explosive composition contains granulated dense ammonium nitrate and/or granulated porous ammonium nitrate as ammonium nitrate. It also contains a eutectic mixture of at least two nitrated aromatic hydrocarbons. It also contains biofuel in the form of a mixture of monoalkyl esters of fatty acids, the source of which is various vegetable oils, such as rapeseed oil, and/or sunflower oil, and/or palm oil, and/or linseed oil, or any other. Also contains an inhibitor and an energy supplement.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness of the composition - relative performance provided by an increase in the heat of explosion, increased detonation ability - a smaller critical detonation diameter, increased safety provided by preventing unauthorized explosions by creating conditions that exclude the use of a sensitizer in solid form; the destruction of rocks of various degrees of strength and sulfide content is provided in accordance with the existing need by an optimized combination of the content of an energy additive and an inhibitor.
