FIELD: explosive compositions.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of safe water-resistant emulsion explosive compositions that are used for blasting operations in the extraction of minerals on the earth's surface and in the faces of underground workings of mines and mines, non-hazardous gas or dust mining enterprises for the destruction of strong, including sulfide rocks. The emulsion explosive composition contains an aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate as an oxidizing agent, an additional oxidizing agent, an acidity stabilizer, a hydrocarbon fuel, an emulsifier, granulated ammonium nitrate added in dry form, an energy additive, a gas generating additive. Additionally contains an inhibitor and a sensitizer. As a hydrocarbon fuel, a eutectic mixture of at least two nitrated aromatic hydrocarbons and biofuel is used, in the form of a mixture of monoalkyl esters of fatty acids, the source of which is vegetable oils. Sodium nitrate or calcium nitrate is used as an additional oxidizing agent. The composition has the following ratio of components, wt.%:

Ammonium nitrate 30.0-50.0

Water 5.0-15.0

Sodium nitrate or calcium nitrate 6.0-10.0

Acidity stabilizer 0.1-0.3

A eutectic mixture of at least two

nitrated aromatic hydrocarbons 2.4-3.2

Biofuel in the form of a mixture of monoalkyl ethers

fatty acids, the source of which are

vegetable oils 2.4-3.2

Emulsifier 0.3-1.9

Ammonium nitrate granulated,

added in dry form 12.0-45.0

Energy supplement 3.0-7.0

Inhibitor 0.2-3.0

Gas generating additive, over 100% 0.1-0.2

Sensitizer, over 100% 1.0-3.0.

EFFECT: exclusion of unauthorized explosions while maintaining energy characteristics at the level of the prototype.
