FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to a method for manufacturing a sheet of electrical steel with an oriented grain structure for iron cores of transformers. The method includes the manufacture of a siliceous steel material containing, wt. %: Si: 0.8 to 7.0%, C: 0.085% or less, acid-soluble Al: 0.010 to 0.065%, N: 0.004 to 0.012%, Mn: 1.00% or less, S: 0.050% or less, Cr: 0.02 to 0.50%, Cu: 0% or more and 0.4% or less, P: 0% or more and 0.5% or less, Ni: 0% or more and 1.0% or less, B: 0% or more and 0.008% or less, V: 0% or more and 0.15% or less, Nb: 0% or more and 0.20% or less, Mo: 0% or more and 0.10% or less, Ti: 0% or more and 0.015% or less, Bi: 0% or more and 0.010% or less, the rest is Fe and impurities. The material is subjected to hot rolling to obtain a hot-rolled sheet, followed by cold rolling to obtain a steel sheet having a finite sheet thickness. The sheet is subjected to decarburizing annealing using a decarburizing annealing furnace containing a heating zone and a holding zone, while in the process of decarburizing annealing, when the value X is the Cr content in the silicon steel material, wt. %, the degree P1 of oxidation of the gas atmosphere in the heating zone satisfies the Condition (1): 0.18X-0.008 ≤ P1, P1 ≤ 0.25X+0.15, P1 ≤ 0.20, and the degree P2 of oxidation of the gas atmosphere in the holding zone satisfies Condition (2): 0.01≤P2≤0.15. An annealing separator containing aluminum oxide as the main component is applied to the steel sheet and the steel sheet is subjected to final annealing.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain sheets of electrical steel with high magnetic characteristics.
