FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and can be used in the operation and overhaul of the existing well stock to influence the bottomhole zone of wells by generating shock waves. A hydrodynamic pulsator for a well includes a cylindrical body with connection points at the ends, a non-hermetic support sleeve installed inside the body from one of the body ends, a pusher made with the possibility of longitudinal movement inside the body up to the support sleeve, to which it is pressed by a spring, and a non-hermetic clamping nut installed at the opposite end from the support sleeve. The pusher is equipped with a seat with a spring-loaded valve, equipped with a stem and inserted into the pusher with the possibility of limited longitudinal movement. The support sleeve is equipped with a perforated washer that covers the longitudinal channel. The housing from the inside between the bushings is equipped with an internal cylindrical surface. The pusher is made in the form of a hermetically interacting cup with a cylindrical surface with a seat located on the side of the support sleeve and a bottom directed towards the spring and equipped with longitudinal holes, the axial of which is made for the valve stem, overlapping the seat from the side of the support sleeve and made with the possibility of interaction with a perforated washer when moving the pusher towards the support sleeve. The valve is made spring-loaded from the bottom, on the opposite side of which the valve stem is provided with stops interacting with the bottom when the valve is moved from the seat. The clamping nut is docked with the pusher spring and is equipped with an axial bumper made with the possibility of interacting with the valve stem when the pusher with the valve moves towards the clamping nut. The pushrod spring force is greater than the valve spring force.
EFFECT: proposed hydrodynamic pulsator for a well is simple and reliable in manufacture and maintenance, and is made with the possibility of replacing failed parts.
