FIELD: radar technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar and can be used to increase the efficiency of radar technology through the use of modern hardware and software. In a specialized software and hardware complex for computer-aided design of radar stations, radar complexes and systems, as well as their components, implementing a client-server architecture in which the client part is connected by a secure connection to the server part and laboratory equipment, the client part is a set of engineering calculation and modeling tools, which, through a package of engineering calculation tools and a set of modules is made with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of radar stations, radar complexes and radar systems by conducting simulation experiments with their models. At the same time, modeling is carried out taking into account the effects of reflection from the underlying surface, the backscattering diagram of observation objects in a full polarization basis, the synthesis of directional patterns of antenna arrays and the use of supercomputer technologies. The server part consists of computing modules designed to function both in a heterogeneous distributed computing environment and within an electronic computing machine. The data bank contains sets of source data, scenarios and simulation results, information both in the form of relational databases (DB), with access through a database management system, and in the form of an ordered set of data storage files.
