SUBSTANCE: The invention relates to stationery and office supplies and relates to the design of a plastic bag, mainly from a thin polymeric material, designed to accommodate, store and transfer documents and other paper media. A package for sheet data carriers of an elongated shape made of a polymeric film material is made with reinforcing strips placed along the longitudinal edges of the package, and with a central reinforcing strip in the middle part of one of its flat sides. The reinforcing strips, at least in the area close to the middle of their length, are made of a flexible elastic material. The package is provided with a clasp fixed on the central reinforcing strip, made in particular in the form of a button. Reinforcing strips can be made of a polymeric material with a thickness of 0.5 to 1.5 mm.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of reducing the dimensions of the package by folding it in half with preventing the appearance of fold lines on the sheets placed in the package.
