FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is intended for use in coiled tubing in the processing of oil and gas wells. The flexible tubing contains an internal thermosetting polymer layer made of interlaced longitudinal and annular reinforcing elements impregnated with a thermosetting polymer binder. The linear density of longitudinal reinforcing elements exceeds the linear density of annular reinforcing elements. A structural layer made of a polymer matrix reinforced with high-strength and high-modulus fiber, located between the inner and outer polymer layers and having an intermediate multilayer structure formed by a dense, gap-free spiral-cross laying of reinforcing elements impregnated with a thermosetting polymer binder. Each subsequent intermediate layer is laid in the opposite direction with an increase in the mechanical tension of the fibers relative to the previous intermediate layer and with the laying of the initial layer on a thermosetting polymer layer placed along the axis of the pipe. The outer thermosetting polymer layer is calibrated according to the outer diameter and is made of a thermosetting polymer binder reinforced with a dispersed filler.
EFFECT: creation of a flexible tubing design for coiled tubing when performing downhole work in the upper operating temperature range of 120 - 150°C and pressure up to 90 MPa.
