FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: gradient metal glass fibre plastic containing external sheets of high-modular Al-Li alloy with yield point in the range of 300-400 MPa and layers of glass-fibre plastic on the basis of a thermosetting adhesive binder with a reinforcing filler from glass fibres in the form of fabrics or roving, which contains an inner sheet from high-strength Al-Li alloy with yield point of more than 500 MPa. Each layer of the glass fibre plastic is located between the specified inner sheet and outer sheets, besides, thickness of the inner sheet makes 25-40% of the total thickness of the gradient metal glass-fibre plastic.
EFFECT: development of a high-strength laminated gradient composite material on the basis of sheets from two types of gradient high-modular Al-Li alloys of lower density and layers of glass fibre plastic having high static strength, with preservation of increased elasticity modulus, reduced density, resistance to fatigue damage and other operational characteristics of crack resistance.
