FIELD: computer technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer technology. A small-sized high-performance computing module contains a chip of a high-performance heterogeneous multiprocessor System-on-a-Chip (SoC), including sixteen high-performance processor cores containing a RISC control processor and at least two coprocessors that perform digital processing of data preloaded into the device’s memory, five multi-core processors, a dynamic type RAM chip, external memory controllers, an interface with a PCIe-based host processor and four high-speed communication ports for communication with external processor systems that provide parallelization of computing, and the chip of a high-performance heterogeneous multiprocessor SoC is connected by two-way communication with a dynamic type RAM chip, external memory controllers, an interface with a PCIe-based host processor and four high-speed communication ports.
EFFECT: ensuring scalability and reducing the power consumption of the computing system.
