FIELD: population protection methods.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a product for protecting the population, personnel of the civil defense forces, including the largest working shift of the enterprise, as well as equipment and property from the effects of enemy attack means, as well as protecting the population in emergency situations, preventing or limiting the reduction of population losses and threats to it life and health from damaging factors and impacts of emergency sources. A pre-fabricated protective structure against high-explosive and fragmentation effects of civil defense weapons, consisting of main and auxiliary block modules connected horizontally using four-fold spikes for stacking, forming a single system. In order to ensure a closed sealing loop, a profiled rubber seal is glued at the joints of the block modules. To provide air supply to a single system of block modules, block modules are interconnected by air ducts made of pipes. Air is supplied to the air ducts of the block modules from a filtering chamber installed in one of the block modules. A hermetic valve is installed on each air duct of the block module to control the volume of supplied air and cut it off. The electrical wiring inside each of the block modules is laid along the contour with an installed sealed cable gland with a swivel cable fixation, and the cable glands are waterproof. The design of a single system of block modules along the perimeter and inside is reinforced with additional horizontal and vertical buttresses for stability and spatial immutability.
EFFECT: ensuring protection against high-explosive and fragmentation effects of weapons, including indirect action of nuclear weapons, from local and general effects of conventional weapons, such as impact and explosion of high-explosive ammunition, from the action of poisonous substances (PS), radioactive substances (RS) and bacterial agents (BA), from the action of penetrating radiation, through the use of multilayer materials of the walls of block modules, as well as increasing strength, stability and spatial invariability through the use of buttresses, polymer-composite inserts made of carbon fiber and quadruple spikes.
