FIELD: railways.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway transport, in particular, to hydraulic-gas draft gear. Draft gear comprises a body with a fill plug, mobile buffer and dividing piston, bypass and throttle valves. The body is formed by a cylinder with a plugged bottom. The cylinder is secured on a base; installed on the opposite side is an axle box with an annular recess for installing a seal. The cylinder is compressed by a stop on the side of the axle box. The stop is connected with the base by ribs. The mobile buffer is made in the form of a hollow rod. At one end, the rod is plugged by a cover with a valve; at the other end, a choke piston is installed. The rod is positioned in the body through the axle box, configured to move. A high-pressure chamber is formed between the bottom of the cylinder and the choke piston. The mobile dividing piston is located in the hollow rod, forming a high-pressure chamber between the piston and the cover with a valve. The choke piston is made in the form of a drum with a groove for seals and a guide element. A socket for choke valves is made in the inner part of the piston. A spring-loaded breech striker is installed in the central part of the piston. The bypass valve is located under the striker.
EFFECT: energy intensity of the draft gear is increased.
