FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: hydro-gas shock absorber contains a body made with a base, a stop and a filler plug, a movable buffer, a gas-charging valve, a thrust plate with four bushings, bolts, nuts, pins and two jumpers. The thrust plate is made with four recesses located on opposite sides of the buffer with holes located in the direction of movement of the buffer, each of which contains a bolt, while the bolt head is placed in the recess of the thrust plate. The stop is made with two holes located on opposite sides of the buffer, in each of which there is a bushing made with a central hole in which a bolt is placed. The jumper is made with two channels located on opposite sides of the buffer, in each of which there is a bolt, and is located between the stop and the base, the nut is made with a hole in which a pin is placed, designed to prevent the nut from unintentional unscrewing, and is located at the end of the bolt and presses the jumper to the sleeve, which is pressed against the thrust plate, the buffer interacts from the side of the body to the thrust plate, designed to transfer external compressive forces to the buffer. An alternative embodiment of the device with extensions instead of bushings is also claimed.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved manufacturability and increased reliability.
