FIELD: simulation equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for simulating a hydraulic data transmission channel during the construction of wells, reading readings from measuring instruments and transmitting readings on request to a data collection network and can be used for setting up, conducting research at the design stage, debugging before going down into the well and working off the results obtained. The stand of the hydraulic communication channel contains a power source connected to a block of sensors connected to the modulator through a block of signal converters. The control and interface signal generator/processor unit is connected to a signal converter unit designed to synthesize an information package, emulate a command signal from the wellhead and synthesize a noise signal superimposed on a useful signal connected via a “current loop” driver with a pressure signal generator in the manifold and a communication channel generator. The sensor unit of the ground equipment is connected by a loop to the control signal generator/processor unit and an interface with the possibility of emulating the incoming communication channel from the bottom to the wellhead. The data exchange driver with the inclinometry unit is designed with the ability to debug the drilling tool control system. To simulate a hydraulic communication channel, a noise programmable signal from the noise generator passing through the “voltage-current” converter to the output is mixed into the initial signal coming to the input of the buffer amplifier, after it passes through the attenuator. Then the noise signal via the interface “current loop 4-20mA” is fed to the central processor device of the physical layer, made with the possibility of restoring to the initial state using noise-resistant coding algorithms.
EFFECT: increase in the quality of incoming information from the downhole telemetry system at the wellhead and, as a result, the accuracy of wiring along a complex profile.
