SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a power drive device for creating a force resistance to the user’s efforts. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the power drive device of the simulator for muscle training uses linear guide cylindrical rails with linear bearings, united by a buckle, forming a carriage with a device and a roller for placing the user and a bracket for attaching the first end of the flexible rod, the second end of the flexible rod is connected to a power lever with a regulator that sets the length of the power lever used and providing the possibility of its movement, while creating resistance to the user’s effort, expressed as a percentage of his mass, related to devices for training human muscles, in particular for athletes and various groups of users.
EFFECT: increase in the level of reliability, efficiency of training, ease of use due to the design of the power drive of the simulator for training muscles, reducing noise and the cost of production of simulators.
