FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to technological equipment with automated control, and can be used in the process of automated measurement and control of parameters of high-frequency transformers. The complex contains a connector having N sockets for connecting the terminals of the transformer under test, the first and second buses of the power supply, the first and second measuring buses, a short-circuit bus, a mechanical traction with an electromagnetic drive and a microprocessor control system. Each socket for connecting the transformer under test consists of two physical contacts forming a Kelvin contact. The first contact of each connection socket is connected to the first and second buses of the power supply via the first and second analog keys, respectively. The second contact of each connection socket is connected to the first, second measuring buses and the short-circuit bus, through the third, fourth and fifth analog keys, respectively. In addition, the complex contains at least four measuring instruments: a megaohmmeter, a phase meter, a milliohmmeter, an RLC meter, each of which has a digital interface connected to a microprocessor control system. The measuring terminals of all devices are connected via analog keys to the first and second buses of the power supply and to the first and second measuring buses.
EFFECT: ensuring in automatic mode the accuracy of measuring the parameters of a multi-winding high-frequency transformer in a wide voltage range of input signals.
