FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: in the invention, stable compositions are described, containing a modulator of a sphingosine-1-phosphate (hereinafter – S1P) receptor, which can be used as dosage forms. Modulators of S1P receptor are, as a rule, sphingosine analogues, such as 2-substituted 2-aminopropane-1,3-diol or 2-aminopropanol derivatives, for example FTY720. The introduction of pre-gelatinized starch into the composition provides for an increase in the stability.
EFFECT: obtaining compositions containing modulators of sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor.
