FIELD: regulating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of phase-locking generators. To realise the described result, the apparatus comprises an adjustable generator and a reference generator. The outputs of the generators are linked with the inputs of the phase detector via analogue-to-digital converters, wherein the outputs of said detector are connected with the inputs of the control signal processing unit, the output whereof is connected with the control input of the adjustable generator. The phase detector comprises the first and second Hilbert filters, the first and second phase calculation units, a subtractor, as well as a unit for calculating the characteristics of the difference signal. From the output of the unit for calculating the characteristics of the difference signal, the values are supplied to the input of the unit of decimating filters, the output signals whereof are the outputs of the phase detector. The control signal processing unit comprises a neuro-fuzzy network and a control signal shaper, which implement the algorithm for forming a control signal based on the analysis of the characteristics of the difference signal.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability and accuracy of forming the output signal in settings of occurrence of various kinds of frequency fluctuations.
