FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a valve assembly configured for accommodation of a gas cylinder in a hole of the cylinder, containing a valve case having the first end of the case and the second end of the case, the first hole of the case, located at the first end of the case, and the second hole of the case, located at the second end of the case, the first hole of the case, having an inner diameter, and a channel passing between the first hole of the case and the second hole of the case, while the channel has an inner surface, and an inner valve unit located in the channel. The mentioned inner valve unit has an inner valve case and the first end and the second end, wherein the first end has an outer diameter, and the outer diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the first hole of the case, wherein the first end is configured to rest against the inner surface in the first hole, whereby a filling valve is provided, wherein the inner surface of the first hole is a seat of the filling valve, the second end contains an input to the inner valve unit. In this case, the inner valve unit additionally contains a consumption valve located at the first end, and the first pressure lowering valve configured to lower pressure in the gas cylinder from the first gas pressure to the second gas pressure. At the same time, the valve assembly additionally contains a protective device located in connection to the inner valve unit and configured to interact with it to prevent an unintended gas flow into the gas cylinder. The protective device contains a residual pressure valve and a check valve, wherein the residual pressure valve is configured to ensure that the gas cylinder maintains the specified overpressure in order to prevent the gas flow into the gas cylinder, and the check valve is configured to ensure that the gas cylinder cannot be filled unintended through the consumption valve. The residual pressure valve contains the first closing part configured to rest against the seat of the residual pressure valve, and the first closing part contains the first end of the part and the second end of the part, wherein the first end of the part is the closest to the inner valve unit, and the second end of the part contains a thrust flange passing in a radial direction, having an outer diameter of the flange, while the thrust flange passing in the radial direction is configured to rest against the seat of the residual pressure valve, wherein the seat of the residual pressure valve is the inner channel of the valve assembly and has an inner diameter of the channel, wherein the inner diameter of the channel is essentially equal to the outer diameter of the flange.
