FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: pressure regulator is made with the possibility of increasing in the accuracy and reducing response time with higher pressure at an inlet. These configurations may include two-pass control with a pressure-balanced plug valve. With two-pass control, it is possible to use a pair of auxiliary valves: one with a fixed pressure drop, and the other with a variable pressure drop. In one option of implementation, the device is connected in such a way that downstream pressure is measured on both an actuator and on the auxiliary valve with the variable pressure drop.
EFFECT: obtainment of a pressure regulator.
