SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wood granules. A processed wood granule is proposed, containing: a wood granule; and coating at least partially covering the specified wood granule, wherein the specified coating is concentrated on the surface of the specified wood granule, while the specified coating is less than 1 wt.% of the total weight of the processed wood granule, wherein the specified coating reduces the formation of dust/fine particles of the specified wood granule in shock impact and/or abrasion.
EFFECT: obtaining wood granules, which do not form dust/fine particles in shock impact on them and abrasion.
