FIELD: materials grinding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for fine grinding of materials, in particular to a centrifugal mill, which can be used in the energy, chemical, mining and processing industries. The centrifugal mill contains a hollow stator, a loading and unloading device, a set of grinding bodies, which are mounted on a rotating shaft placed in the stator cavity and equipped with a drive and fixed with the possibility of radial movement under the action of centrifugal forces to a position that ensures the approach or interaction of the grinding bodies with the internal stator surface. The surface of the stator is made of a layer of material based on corundum ceramics, the grinding bodies are made in the form of cylinders based on corundum ceramics with bases of arbitrary shape, for example, elliptical. The grinding bodies are asymmetrically located on the axes with the possibility of moving under the action of centrifugal forces towards the inner surface of the stator, while the grinding bodies are fixed around the circumference of the disks mounted on the rotating shaft. The side surfaces of grinding bodies based on corundum ceramics are made of metal, and the layer of material based on corundum ceramics on the inner surface of the stator is made of segments, the surfaces of which are made of metal.
EFFECT: centrifugal mill allows to increase the degree of grinding of the final material.
