FIELD: rescue equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of means of evacuation from high-rise, offshore structures. The staircase contains movable sections moving relative to each other. Each movable section is formed by longitudinal load-bearing beams of the staircase section connected in pairs on one side by a hinge with sections of the side guard of the staircase section placed on them. On the opposite side from the hinges, the longitudinal load-bearing beams of the staircase section are pivotally connected to the transverse load-bearing beams of the staircase section. Each longitudinal load-bearing beam of the staircase section is connected by a link to the longitudinal load-bearing beam of the adjacent staircase section, each longitudinal load-bearing beam of the staircase section is connected to the link pivotally. The flooring of each section of the staircase is made of two parts connected to each other and on the opposite side with the transverse load-bearing beams of the staircase by hinges, and the staircase section is equipped with a device that promotes the lifting up of the edges of the parts of the staircase deck that are pivotally connected to each other. The transmission elements are made in the form of two contiguous cylinders with annular grooves of semicircular section made in pairs in the same planes, in which ropes with an outer radius equal to the radius of the transverse profile of the annular grooves of semicircular section are placed.

EFFECT: simplification of manufacturing and adjustment of the staircase is achieved.
