FIELD: residential buildings construction.

SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to the construction of residential buildings with autonomous life support systems. Eco-house, including a common contour of a residential and technical area, located on a single energy-saving foundation, a closed circulation life support system: ventilation, lighting and heating with solar, water and air collectors, heat accumulators, electric energy generators, including a solar power plant, a wind power generator, a water supply system, as well as a solar bio-vegetarian. All systems are equipped with sensors for monitoring the appropriate environment and are combined with a centralized system for automated control and monitoring of the microclimate in the eco-house through a computer program. Along the entire perimeter of the outer contour, the eco-house is equipped with a single additional heat-shielding structure, in the contour of which there is a solar bio-vegetarian with upper solar lighting, interconnected by pipelines with a common microclimate circulation system in the eco-house: ventilation, heating, lighting, water supply. The control of the operating parameters of the microclimate in the biovegetary is carried out by sensors installed in the corresponding pipelines directly in the biovegetary, and the current parameters of the environment in the biovegetary are controlled by means of electromagnetic valves installed at the entrance to the biovegetary in the corresponding pipelines, through the computer program of the system for automated control and management of microclimate parameters in the biovegetary included in the general centralized system of automated control and microclimate control in the eco-house.

EFFECT: creating conditions for year-round cultivation of environmentally friendly plant products.
