FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to building, namely to houses constructing, corresponding to high environmental requirements. The eco house contains the bulk with a heating system and a water distribution system. The heating system is connected with the heat accumulator executed in the form of heat-insulating capacity under the bulk of the eco house with a filling material having a high thermal capacity, and with a solar collector located on a roof of the bulk; the water distribution system is connected with the water producing unit through a water supply; the glacier is connected with the eco house bulk through an air conduit of the air conditioning system, and the wind generator has electric communication with the accumulator of the electric power and with consumers of the electric power of the eco house bulk. The sanitary knot is connected, by the pipeline, with a bioreactor in the form of the container having an exit and filter for biogas. The offered eco house design represents energetically self-sufficient system and corresponds to the highest sanitary-and-hygienic and environmental requirements.
EFFECT: increase in a residential building operating ability.
