FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: tillage implement includes a frame with longitudinal beams (4), a load-bearing beam (5), and flat working bodies (7). The flat working body (7) is made elliptical and composite with a replaceable curvilinear metal cutting edge and a base made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, whereto a stroke depth sensor is mounted. The stroke depth sensor is linked by an electric circuit with a stepper motor with a rotor whereon a gear wheel is placed, engaging with a gear bar placed on a rack (8) of the elliptical flat working body (7), equipped with a strain sensor linked by an electric circuit with the stepper motor (11) with a rotor whereon a gear wheel is placed, engaging with a gear bar linked with a gear wheel (9) located in the upper part of the rack (8) of the elliptical flat working body (7). The load-bearing beam (5) is linked with the gear wheel (14) of the stepper motor (13) via a gear engagement (15), linked, in turn, by an electric circuit with a video camera located on a bracket linked with the longitudinal beams (4) of the frame for rotating the load-bearing beam (5), changing the cut angle of the elliptical working body (7).
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the production process of tillage, controllability of the crushing quality and the value of the traction resistance of the working bodies.
