FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: working element includes stand with center hoe. Stand with hoe consists of vertical flat knife with cutting edges, right and left ploughshares arranged as flat with front cutting edges. Center hoe is arranged as detachable. Vertical flat knife is installed at the angle to horizontal plane of 5-20°. Left and right ploughshares are arranged of rectangular or quadrangular shape, are connected to vertical flat knife with displacement relative to each other along horizontal and vertical lines and are arranged at an angle to horizontal and vertical planes. Line of connection to vertical flat knife of the right and left ploughshares is arranged at the angle of 5-40° to horizontal plane. Cutting edges of ploughshares are installed in single plane with deviation from such location by value of up to 5°. Working element is arranged with the possibility of its fixation to frame of tiller.

EFFECT: such structural design makes it possible to increase extent of soil crushing, to provide for stability of specified depth of soil cultivation and rectilinearity of working element motion, to reduce traction resistance, and also makes it possible to expand functional resources of working element, having provided soil cultivation as per dump technology with formation of mulching layer for accumulation and preservation of moisture and soil protection against wind erosion.
