FIELD: all-terrain vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the transmission of an all-terrain vehicle. The all-terrain vehicle contains an engine and fixed pneumatic wheels. The pneumatic wheels are driven from the engine separately for each side by two caterpillar chains or belts using drive wheels and end bypass wheels. End bypass wheels are coaxial with pneumatic wheels. Each caterpillar chain or tape is common for the drive of pneumowheels of the right and left sides. Drive wheels of caterpillar chains or belts interact with them on their upper branch. Pneumatic wheels are made on elastic tires with the possibility of changing the amount of air. The tires have a displacement, at which the location of the static waterline is provided below the axes of their rotation, but above the external hooks of the lower branch of the caterpillar chains or belts. The diameter of the end bypass wheels of caterpillar chains or tapes is such that with a decrease in the amount of air in the tires of the pneumatic wheels, the lower edge of the pneumatic wheels can be at or above the level of the location of the external hooks of their lower branch.
EFFECT: improved traction and coupling abilities and stability of the all-terrain vehicle.
