FIELD: communication technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cosmonautics and electronic technology as a complex of devices for creating a three-dimensional image designed to create, receive, process, store, transmit and reproduce information, images and sound from aboveground and stratospheric space with a 360-degree video view. The device for receiving and transmitting a three-dimensional image from above-ground space is made in the form of an aircraft consisting of a stratospheric ball or balloon with a housing in the form of a cube or ball of stainless steel material attached to it, equipped with a beacon for detecting it after landing, a memory card, a processor, a communication, telecommunications and navigation system, with installed several multidirectional video cameras located on all sides, interconnected by hardware and software, interface of the relationship between video cameras for recording, storing, processing, receiving, transmitting information live or in the recording mode from stratospheric space with panoramic and volumetric video review. At the same time, video images can be transmitted directly from each camera individually, and from all cameras synchronously and simultaneously with a 360-by-360-degree viewing angle with the ability to be processed and formed from stratospheric and aboveground space using image processing programs, blending and patching programs, image synchronization programs for displaying information to an information receiving device in in the form of a room, cabin, hall, in the form of a square, circle, dome, containing several screens fixed to each other, the screens can be projection or plasma, liquid crystal, LED, LCD, OLED, QLED, MicroLED, flexible screens and can have different diagonals, resolutions, straight or curved shape, to display a three-dimensional video review, the devices are equipped with high-speed communication channels, software, image processing, storage and playback programs, communication nodes and hardware.
EFFECT: problem being solved is the need to improve the known devices and aircraft with an aerospace survey with a 360-degree viewing angle, with the achievement of a technical result in terms of increasing the realistic transmission of information, images and sound from aboveground and stratospheric space, increasing reliability and accuracy.
