FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to generate multiangle television (TV) images of circular (panoramic) view. It may find application for online video surveillance of objects, to solve information-measurement problems of express-analysis of TV images, recording or archiving of video information. Spheres of application of multiangle television systems are determined by extreme types of a human activity, and also where there is need in remote production of video information on objects, when performing works in media, which are not accessible for some reasons, or when presence of a human being is not desirable or is physically impossible. System of multiangle television comprises the following components at the transmitting side - P sources of synchronous television signals, connected to P inlets of combination device and joint transfer of P television signals, where common output of this device is connected to input of communication line, output of which at receiving side is connected to input of device for reception and dedication of P synchronous television signals, where each output is connected to appropriate input of P video control devices to display video information, differing by the fact that at transmitting side of the system there is a multiangle transmitting television camera used, comprising P synchronous television sensors, being sources of P synchronous television signals, which are arranged at a certain basic distance L on plane along perimetre of circumference of Ulbricht hollow ball, having common radius R1 and P holes for television sensors, besides, optical line of sighting of each television sensor is directed from ball to environment with coverage of appropriate angle and number of used television sensors, equals value P=360°/φ, where φ - angle of environment view with a separate TV sensor, and at receiving side P multiangle television signals are reproduced with the help of P video control devices arranged on plane along circumference with radius R2, in compliance with location of P synchronous television sensors on transmitting side, besides R2>R1 and screens of video control devices are directed into inner side of circumference, every of which displays television information of separate angle from P angles of circular view for visual perception by a human being, and also volume images of objects, by display of television images of two neighbouring angles separately for each eye.
EFFECT: invention provides for generation of signals of multiangle television images of circular view and their simultaneous display for visual perception of video information of each angle in the form of 2D images, and perception of video information of two neighbouring angles from P angles in the form of a volume image.
