FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to downhole pumping units, and can be used for the operation of flooded oil wells with an unstable liquid level. Downhole pumping unit includes a centrifugal pump with an electric motor and an outer casing, a production string for lifting products and a float. The float is rigidly connected to the pump housing to move the pump depending on the liquid level in the well. At least the lower part of the tubing is movable up and down together with the pump housing. At the very least, the lower part of the cable is helical to prevent the cable from sagging when the pump is moved.
EFFECT: proposed downhole pumping unit makes it possible to simplify the design and expand the scope of application by eliminating counterweights with flexible traction at the wellhead and equipping the lower part of the production string for lifting production with a pipe that varies in length, the ability to work in deep wells with a variable liquid level, and also use at least the lower part of the spiral supply cable, which allows the pump to move freely up and down due to the float attached to the body within the lower part of the tubing without sagging.
